Congresswoman Sheri Biggs Issues Statement on Israel-Iran Conflict

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Sheri Biggs (R-SC-03) today issued the following statement on the ongoing tensions of the Israel-Iran Conflict following military strikes in the region. 

“As written in Sacred Scripture – God chose Israel, and God’s covenant with Israel is unshakable and everlasting,” said Congresswoman Biggs. “By standing with Israel, we affirm that covenant. We affirm her right to exist, to defend herself, and to live in peace. We pray for Israel; and, like President Trump, call on Iran to make a deal that pursues peace over devastation.
